Bespoke Service
I will customise your dream designs and make them real. A 50% non returnable deposit is required before I commence any work.
Orders from the bespoke service can be cancelled at any time without incurring charges above the loss of any deposit provided.
If you require to return a bespoke piece of jewellery or a tiara there is a re-stocking charge of 50% of the value therefore only half the money will be refunded as it's a bespoke piece I will not necessarily be able to resell it.
All bespoke pieces are finalised with a one/several photos are sent via email for approval before the items are mailed. When approval has been made only then will it be dispatched and you are confirming that you are happy with the item.
Returns Policy
It is difficult to see what items are like for suitablilty when purchasing from a website therefore if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please do email me within 7 days of delivery. A replacement or refund will be provided for the total value of the goods provided they are returned:
• In their original condition and packaged securely in their original packaging.
• Within 7 days (UK) of purchase and before the date of the wedding.
• For international customers, returns accepted within 14 days of purchase in their original packaging and same condition and before the date of the wedding.
• The returnee is responsible for paying the return postage and no postage or shipping costs will be refunded.
Product Quality
I only use the highest quality materials I can find, I personally hand select each crystal, bead and gemstone, if the quality is not good enough it won't be used in my designs. As all my products are handcrafted slight variations will occur between the items you see on our website and those you receive.
• The colour control of all materials used in making my designs are the responsibility of my suppliers and may occasionally differ from what is shown.
• All items leave us in perfect condition, any items that are found to be damaged during transit may be returned for replacement or refund. (see returns policy)
Disclaimer
All my designs are sold with the intention for brides and bridesmaids only and are not toys. I advise that all children, especially those under the age of 5 that these items are used in accordance with this purpose. Beads are a choking hazard if swallowed, so please ensure young children are supervised at all times during wear time. Claire's Crystal Classics accepts no responsibility for injury caused by the destruction or misuse of these items.
Ownership Rights
- All of my designs are exclusive to Claire's Crystal Classics and remain the intellectual property of Claire's Crystal Classics.
- Claire's Crystal Classics reserves the right to use the design in its advertising.
- Claire's Crystal Classics also reserves the right to use any feedback you provide on my website.
- No part of this website can be copied or plagiarized.
- Legal action will be sought if found this to be the case.
Privacy Statement
Your privacy is very important to me, therefore under no circumstances will Claire's Crystal Classics disclose any of the information you have provided to us to any other party. All details you provide are strictly used to ascertain your wedding needs and facilitate your order and my design process.
I hold no responsibility for the content contained within the outside links provided on my website, or anyway liable for any information saved or collected.
Returns
You can return any item as long as you meet the criteria laid out in the terms and conditions.
Payment
All payments must be received & cleared before any delivery is made. Payments accepted are cheque, cash, credit/debit cards can be taken through Paypal (no need to be registered).
If you live locally to me, I am more than happy for you to pay and collect items directly from me.
Delivery
All of my designs are handcrafted and made to order.
My standard delivery times are as follows for tiaras & bridal jewellery : Items purchased from the current collections please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery, slightly less during quieter months of the year, please do email me with any enquiries you may have - mail@clairescrystalclassics.co.uk
• Bespoke designs and customised items, I aim to deliver within 4 weeks unless otherwise agreed.

• Urgent orders are possible, please do contact me with your full requirements and I will do my best to accommodate you.
• During busy periods it may be necessary to alter the delivery times, but I will inform you at the time.
Postage and packing
• I offer free postage and packaging on all orders over £100 within the UK and will be set via Royal Mail Special Delivery service- fully trackable and signed for.
• All other orders up to £100 will be sent via Royal mail 1st Class recorded signed for at the cost of individual item on listing.
• International orders must be quoted for prior to purchase and will be sent Royal Mail Airsure- fully trackable and signed for.
• I will not be held responsible for the delivery times of the chosen carrier-tracking details can given if requested.
• I will not be held responsible for any import taxes/charges incurred from your purchase, these are to be paid if applied by the purchaser.
